The B O.G and PTA executive committee members visited the school on Wednesday 19/2/25 to celebrate the exceptional and improved results for UCE in 2024 and particularly in sciences this time,although History was the best done subject.
They had interactive sessions with learners in all classes trying to find out where the challenges may be so as to better the best results so far attained.
They ended the day with an interaction with teaching staff and a lot was shared.
They thanked the teachers for understanding very well and implementing the lower secondary curriculum right away from its inception in 2020, but also attributed it to the input of the 5 teachers of the same school, who happen to be trainers of the Lower Secondary Curriculum at regional level. They guided their colleagues regularly and the fruits of their input are visible.
Everyone enjoyed the sessions and all parties agreed to work as a team and make Mbarara secondary school a more admirable and competitive school in academics, discipline, and nurturing all round students.
